The COMPLETE ladder
The results show as you climb the professional ladder, there are less and less women. We noticed three spots where the drop offs were significant.
1) After graduation, we lose 10% of women who become eligible for the LARE exam.
2) We lose another 15% of women in licensure and mid career leadership.
3) We drop an additional 15% of women at the highest career level in professional award recognition and advanced leadership.
